Carteret Mobile Park is located in Carteret, Middlesex County, NJ. Very convenient to the metropolitan area and only 25 minutes to New York City. Located off exit 12 of the New Jersey Turnpike.


Carteret Mobile Park began on June 10, 1954, as Willow Tree Trailer Court, providing pull-thru sites on 11.56 acres for many transient workers seeking temporary employment in the oil refinery industry, as they built the infrastructure of the oil refineries being built along the east coast of NJ along the New Jersey Turnpike. The original owners were four business men from Carteret. Together they envisioned a little community of mobile homes that eventually changed its name from Willow Tree Trailer Court to Carteret Mobile Park.

Carteret Mobile Park does not have 3 bedroom homes, nor will we ever have 3 bedroom homes. This community was started in the 1940’s, when homes were only 8 ft wide, thus the lots are too small to build 3 bedroom homes.
