Tour Available Homes

We require potential home buyers have a pre-approval with the financing company before touring homes.

Self-guided tours of our available homes are made by appointment after the two steps above are complete and are scheduled by requesting via email at [email protected]. A time and day are selected Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm.

Tours are not available on Saturdays or Sundays.

Application Information

The link to fill out the Online Resident Application will be sent to you in an email after the Pre-Qualifying Questions have been answered.

There is a non-refundable $45 filing fee PER adult. All persons to reside in the home are to be listed, including children. Each adult (over 18 years of age) must have his own email address to fill out their own application online.

We Can Help

We will provide you with a list of manufactured home loan sources. You can use any lender of your choosing to finance your acquisition, but to the best of our knowledge, the companies we identify are the only ones that we know who are actually making loans on "Manufactured Homes in a Land Lease Community in New Jersey."

On the day of the closing you (and any other occupants of your home) will sign the Lease.
